Labor Insertion Training Plans are training plans specially geared towards to the unemployed and considered as a primordial and necessary tool, since it is understood that the user will face with greater success his employment insertion thanks to the knowledge acquired through the training actions imparted, at both a generic and specific level for a particular job.
